SHIPPING

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Fridays, over the weekend, and/or during holidays are processed the following Monday or business day.

Domestic orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped through USPS Priority International Mail, and are subject to duties/taxes/customs upon delivery as these are not applied in the shipping total.

LOCAL PICKUP

We now offer local pickup at our studio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:30am - 5pm! When placing your order select “pick up” and include your phone number to enable. Once your order is processed you will receive an email or text notifying you that the order is ready, and a pickup time will be coordinated.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of our merchandise, stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. Please check that the product sizing, shipping address, and billing address you submit is correct, as it cannot be modified or changed. If your items are returned to us because of an invalid address we will have to charge you to reship your package. Orders cannot be modified, they will only be cancelled if there are critical errors to your items order. All sales final - no returns or exchanges will be processed, unless there are damages or misprints noticed on your item upon arrival.
